Before we moved from the east coast, she kindly met with us virtually to give us a lay of the land in terms of different neighborhoods in Portland, which was very helpful. Exchanges have tight deadlines and special restrictions. Michele was on top of every detail and kept me up to date on everything. She arranged and showed up for many inspections and estimates for repairs and was a great negotiator with the selling agent. Our deal came close to falling apart but she negotiated it back together, within the time frame constraints.
