What a gem Michele is! We asked her to do the impossible and she rose to the occasion. We were hoping to buy a new home, one with an ADU no less, and then quickly sell the two we were living in. This very complicated process was made so much easier with her incredible insight/expertise and her on-the-ground knowledge of our neighborhoods. All of the contractors she recommended were great, we still use the painter and the carpenter. It all came together as if by magic, and we are now in our dream neighborhood in an incredible (and very specific) home. she is truly a joy to work with, and man, does she know her stuff! 10/10 would recommend. I hope to never move again... but if I do, I'll be calling Michele
